About the department :

the Department of Architecture was established in 1396 H as part of the School of Environmental Design at that time. The importance of the department lies in the increasing need for local designers to keep pace with urban development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which reflects the material, cultural and spiritual nature of society. The ceremonies within the department are characterized by a diversity of intellectual trends that keep pace with the latest global trends. The scientific content of the department's courses has developed in line with changes in the labor market. In the year 1432 H, the department’s master’s program was activated within the framework of encouraging postgraduate programs and taking advantage of the available material and human capabilities and serving society through applied research.
